Helping others is more than just a passion for me—it's my life's purpose. My whole life and all my learning has lead to this point of setting up Soultone. For much of my life, I held myself back without knowing I was, allowing my kindness to be taken for granted and struggling to believe in my own capabilities. As someone with an ADHD diagnosis, I found it difficult to follow through on tasks and often failed to turn my ideas into action. I was all talk with no action! However, when I began to broaden my horizons through colour and mindset, everything in my life changed drastically. At first, I had to transform myself to truly comprehend the power of it, but now I am here to help others do the same.
